Refunds

Because orders are processed manually and may be made-to-order, refunds are reviewed case by case.

If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support with clear photos of the item, packaging, and order details.

Please choose your size carefully before payment. If the wrong size was sent due to an order mistake, contact support for review.

Do not ship items back without contacting support first. Return eligibility depends on the condition of the product and the fulfillment status.

If a refund is approved, the payment is returned through the original PayPal invoice payment method when possible.
